Guinan glanced at Mike to see if she should go inside with her pokemon. She stood back, poised to throw one of her pokeballs.

(OOC: What do the characters see? Or can they not see anything until they're inside?)

On the other side of the door were three Heiwa Federation soldiers. The first one gets a large glob of pudding to the face and tries to wipe it off, the second one just stares in disbelief at the door, and the third one says "Hey, that's Mike!", reaching for his gun only to remember what happened to it.

Laura snickered at the soldiers, but Calem's eyes widened when he saw them. Suddenly, he got an idea. He reached down to pet Gabe's head, and knelt down to whisper something in his ear. Gabe walked out in front of him, and Calem made a fist with his left hand, and toutched two fingers to the stone embedded in his bracelet. "Gabe! Mega...EVOLVE!" Calem shouted. The Absol was enveloped with a bright light, and when the it subsided, Gabe had fluffy, angelic looking wings, and the horn on his head was much thicker.

"Ooh, that's a good idea! Riku, Mega Evolve!" Laura chimed in a voice that was probably way too bubbly for this situation, pressing two fingers against the charm in her necklace. Riku was overtaken by that same light, and when it cleared, Riku's legs had black lines on them, his paws had turned crimson, his aura sensing things on the back of his head had grown longer, and he had a lot more spikes. Both Mega Pokemon smiled smugly at each other. "You ready for this? Riku asked telepathically, earning a nod from Gabe. Anna and Gumball were each standing next to their Mega team members.

"Heh, scared yet?" Laura chided. Neither one of them had told their Pokemon to attack, as it was mainly just a scare tactic, but both of them could if they had to.

The second soldier blinked, as if he wasn't quite sure what he had just seen. He took several steps back toward his comrade. "W-w-what is that." he trembled, pointing at the Absol.

The other was clearly shaken, but tried to keep his ground as he looked them in the eye. He looked at his partner shakily, and smirked.
"I believe... that is a Digimon." he quipped.

Laura smacked herself in the forehead. "They're Pokemon! We're Pokemon trainers, darn it!"

"Speaking of Digimon, could we have our Tailmon partner back?" Oeuyia asked Jian as if she was taking a leisurely stroll with friends instead of on a space station in the middle of nowhere. "
Oh! I almost forgot about her! She sleeps even more than Karion, so..." Jian answered, pulling a lethargic white kitten-like creature out of Enye's cloak. Karion squeaked with delight as Oeuyia held up a peculiar device that began to glow.


This is what happens next:


[Datab4: Tailmon is a Holy Digimon and becomes Angewomon, an [obviously] angelic creature with long blonde hair, eight wings, a pink scarf, half a helmet covering her eyes, and a feathered glove which she uses to fire arrows from.]

Laura gasped, complerely forgetting about the mission. "Wow. You're Tailmon, no? Your sooo cute!" Laura looked at the device Oeuyia had. Ohh my Arceus! That's a Digivice! Wooooow! My favorite Digimon is a tie between Lunamon and Shoutmon! Do you know either one of them? Can I see one?" By this point, Laura was jumping up and down, in full blown fangirling mode.

"Tailmon?"
The quip-making soldier suddenly broke into a smile. "Oh my gosh, that's actually really cool!"

The others stared at him in disbelief. "...Really, Chang?"

"No, really!"

Suddenly Kiki silently gestured to Jian. While the soldiers were distracted, this was when the three of them would make their escape.
They gestured to Mike as well, beckoning him to come closer. Laura and the others formed a tall-enough wall that Mike was not visible.

"Holy Arrow!" The newly evolved Angewomon shot a white arrow through the wall, making the soldiers leap back in surprise as half of the room was blown open.

"Wait, are we supposed to attack them?" Laura asked, looking at Angewomon.

"My attack was bigger than I expected." Angewomon explained, looking slightly embarrassed. "I often do not know my own strength..."

Suddenly, Laura got an idea. "Anna! Use Dazzling Gleam on the soldiers, and let's all make a break for the carrier!" She commanded, even though she was a little worried Mike would get mad at her for pulling sutch a stunt.

Anna ran up to the soldiers, emitting a ridiculously bright light at them, and ran after Laura, who was hurrying towards the carrier.

(I diddn't screw anythng up with that, right? )

(I thought they were already inside, but maybe not? ...Oops.
Pretty sure they are right in front of the door, with the soldiers blocking the way in.)

"Yippee! Geronimo!" Lilli whooped, doing a backflip over one of the soldier's heads.
They landed on the other side right next to Laura, crouching on the ground. "Well, that was fun." they grinned.

Suddenly Kiki shoved them from behind.
"Go, go, go!"

Lilli looked around the ship wildly. "Where are we going?!"

"I don't know, use your head, doofus!"

Suddenly Gristle stumbled in. "They're getting up, we gotta hurry!" he panted.

"But where?!" cried Lilli. "We don't know the layout of this ship!"

Suddenly, a smile spread across Kiki's face. "...Actually, I know a place."

"Whaa?" Laura questioned, as Kiki shoved her and Lilli, but then Calem grabbed her hand and led her behind a pillar.

☆Flashback☆

『March 2014, Avance Trail』

"Okay, I think I have enough money... Laura said, rummaging through her purse, and handed the clerk the money needed, and he gave her the three Pokeballs she had asked for. She put them away, and bolted into Route 2, but tripped, landing face first in the grass. She then felt a sharp pain in the back of her head, and looked up to see a cute little Pidgey. She leaped to her feet. "Okay, your gonna pay for that! My mom's Fletchling already beak-pecked me today, but your gonna get it! Go, Mikey! Use Pound!" She tossed a pokeball, unleashing a small, blue and white frog with amber eyes, who reached out to slap the bird, leaving it with only a little HP. The pidgey used Sand Attack, flapping his wings rapidly, though not sending much sand at Mikey.

"Wait... what if I just..." she dug around in her purse, and sent a pokeball flying at the Pidgey. The button pressed itself on the bird's head, retracting it into the ball. The ball wiggled around, until it clicked shut.

Laura looked wide eyed at Mikey, who was turning his head back and forth, looking at the ball, and back at Laura. Laura quickly ran towards the ball, picking it up. She let the Pidgey back out, looking at him with a wide, exited grin across her face. "Hm... Now that I caught you, what should I name you..." she mused, tapping her chin. "Sora! I'll name you Sora, after Sora from Kingdom Hearts!" He had no idea who Sora was, but he liked the sound of it and chirped happily. Mikey, a cute little Froakie, hopped to her side. "And this critter is Mikey!" She introduced, as Mikey shook his... wing.

"Hey! Lil' L! Over here! Shauna called. Laura returned her two Pokemon to their balls, and ran over to her new friend. "Calem's gonna show us how to catch a pokemon! His mom and dad were amazing Pokemon trainers back in their day, and that's why he knows so much." "U-um... But I already.. Nevermind." She really diddnt want to be mean. Oh crap, here's the ridiculously handsome... wait, what am I even thinking? Laura thought.

"You can talk about my parents if you want, but it doesn't have anything to do with me. I'm going to catch one now, so watch carefully!" Calem went on to catch a Bunnelby with a Fletchling, which he never used after that.

"Wow! The pokemon went inside the pokeball!?" Shauna asked in disbelief. "Seriously, Shauna? Did you forget already? Your Fennekin is in a Poké Ball, right? Anyway, I'll share some Poké Balls with you two." He said, giving Shauna some. Laura blushed a bright red when he accedentally toutched her hand giving her some.
"OK! If I find a cute Pokémon, I'll throw lots of Poké Balls at it, and then we'll become friends! ♪" Shauna chirped.
"If you throw a Poké Ball at a Pokémon around here, you'll probably catch it. Catching a wild Pokémon makes your Pokémon stronger, too. Be seeing you." He explained, proceding into Santalune Forest.

Guinan considered using her pokemon, but the soldiers seemed dazzled and distracted enough for the moment. She suspected, by the soldiers' reactions, that they weren't really taking the group and its goals seriously. All the better, she thought as she ran quickly through the gaping hole into the carrier. She glanced at Mike to see if he knew where to start looking.

Mike hurried into the carrier and said "Nice one Laura! Now to find Mason... Uhh, crap, I didn't plan this far ahead... Ooh, maybe I can get that data from the ship's computer, it should be keeping track of that kind of thing. It's a long shot but I might be able to hack something useful out of it. Does anyone else have any ideas?"

~Meanwhile, with Mason~

A soldier comes into the room and hands Commander Nord a small drive which he puts into the control panel. "OK mister Williams, I'm going to try another approach." He pushes a button and suddenly Mason's vision goes dark, he hears a loud ringing in his ears, and there is a tingling sensation everywhere in hos body. After about 3 seconds everything goes back to normal and Nord says "Oh no... That's not supposed to happen."

Mason notices that one of the restraints is coming loose and with some work he is able to free his right hand which he uses to release the rest of the restraints. He makes a mad dash for the door and is able to escape before Nord and the soldiers can stop him and before long he is able to find Mike.

Mike: "Mason! I was just coming to break you out. Are you ready to take back the station?"
Mason: "Yep. What did you bring with you through the wormhole anyway?"
Mike: "Ohh, you know... Some pretty cool inhabitants of other universes."
Mason: "What's the plan?"
Mike: "Didn't we go over it earlier?"
Mason: "No, I don't remember that at all."
Mike: "Do you have any ideas?"
Mason: "Perhaps we could take the people you brought with you and try to take the control room, I bet the Pokemon that Laura has would come in handy for that. Lilli's teleportation may come in handy too." he says, recalling his previous conversations with Mike before he came to the station.

Suddenly Mason's vision goes black again and the ear ringing and tingling returns, after a few seconds it stops and he finds himself strapped to the machine once again with Nord and the soldiers looking around in confusion. "What the?! How did I?! What just happened?" he asks in confusion. Commander Nord replies, "That was a simulation, I just watched the whole thing from here and that certainly brought up a lot of interesting questions. Tell me, who is Laura and Lilli?"

Just to clarify, nobody else would be able to react to that because it was just a simulation and the Like was a simulated Mike, not the real Mike.

Another thing worth noting is that my description of what it's like to enter and exit the simulation is based on my own experience with entering and exiting lucid dreams. The ringing, the darkness, and the tingling are all things I experience for a few seconds as I'm waking up between a dream and sort of crossing the barrier between being asleep and being awake, it's quite interesting.
