All of the holograms reminded her of the rediculously long conversations she would have with her friends via Holo Caster, even though she would mostly just use her Pokedex as a phone.

"I think that one handles communications?" Laura walked over to a computer that looked way more high tech than the dinky laptop that her dad gave her. The screen was dark, indicating that it was asleep or off. She took a heavy sigh. I know I'm going to screw this up one way or another, but I'll try anyway!

She started tapping at the screen, looking for an on button, and attempting to look for a keyboard or mouse.

"Alright, I might actually lose my mind! How do I even turn this thing on!" She asked nobody in particular as she started freaking out. "You press the power button." Calem stated, pressing the button that was apparently right under her nose. Laura sighed, giving Calem the you could have told me that sooner look. When it woke up, she looked at the screen. "I wonder who I'm supposed to be talking to..." she mumbled.

"Wow, now you don't even need their passwords," Guinan said to Mason, relieved that the bluff had worked so well. On the bridge, Guinan sat down at one of the consoles, bringing up a visual of the ship's interior. "Maybe rock the ship a little, make them feel like they really should get out of here?" Guinan ssuggested to Mike and Mason as she watched a few of the soldiers straggling behind.

Suddenly Gristle heard Lilli ask what a bridge was and turned around. "It's just like the bridge on a boat, y'see?"

He looked at Lilli. "Have you ever been on a boat before?" he asked gently.

Lilli nodded. "Yeah, actually! ...Isn't that where they control all the stuff or something?"

Gristle grinned and nodded. "This is a lot like the ones we've got on Graphea, though a lot of this stuff is controlled by the crew's mind..." he noted. He noticed how the ship's functions were controlled by inputting into machines, rather than manipulated by the mind-powers of the crew.

He walked Lilli over to one of the panels. "See, typically..." he explained. "On a ship like this, all of the crew are psychics, and all of their minds are linked together."

He nodded over toward Guinan at her station, and Laura and Calem at their station, who were all working separately. "When everyone can read each other's thoughts, it makes for very efficient cooperation." he noted.
He leaned in and made a face.
"Though honestly, it's kinda creepy, 'cause when people are mind-linked they share a part of their consciousness--"

Gristle suddenly realized he was rambling and stopped. "....Oh, sorry, I guess I should stop talking," he said with a nervous laugh.

Lilli shook their head and grinned.
This was actually a subject of interest for them. "No, I think you should continue!"

And so Gristle continued to ramble about ESP and "mind-links" as they furiously attempted to figure out how to operate a touch screen.

Mason tells Laura and Caleb to attempt to contact the USS Hercules and inform them that the FSS Damocles is now sided with the Solar Alliance. Mike says "I can't figure out how to undock this thing, that control might be on the ship systems panel. Who's manning that?" he asks, looking at that panel to see nobody there. "Could someone take care of that?"

Mason tells Mike to take Guinan's suggestion and shake the ship a bit, so Mike enables the RCS thrusters and uses a joystick to make the ship rock back and fourth. Mason says "Also, whoever ends up on the ship systems panel should attempt to trigger explosive decompression in the hangar bays, that would sound a lot like a hull breach to anyone inside the ship."

Lilli dragged Gristle over to the panel that read "Ship Systems."
"Let's go over here! I don't know what a drone is, but I know what a ship is!"

Lilli immediately went over to the darkened screen and pressed the power button, causing the computer to turn on. The screen lit up and immediately a flurry of options were presented to them, none of which Lilli or Gristle knew how to read.
Lilli's eyebrows furrowed. "This isn't what I thought it would be..." they said worriedly. They looked at Gristle. "Do you know what a hull breach is?"

Gristle scrolled through the options calmly, attempting to read their names. Unfortunately, just as Lilli had found, to him most of the language was incomprehensible. "I think that's when something hits the ship?" he said. He looked at Lilli. "Soo, we're making it seem like we've been hit, for... some reason or another?"

Lilli looked at him sourly, as if that weren't enough of an explanation.

"Hey, look. I don't know what I'm doing either!" Gristle said desperately, throwing his hands up in the air. "If you wanna ask science, go ask the science people!" he huffed, throwing an arm in Mike and Mason's direction.

Lilli frowned slightly. "Well fine then. I don't know why you're acting so grumpy all of a sudden."

"I'm not acting grumpy," Gristle sighed. "I just... kind of have a very bad headache, so I'd appreciate it if you could be nice?" he said in a strained voice.

Lilli looked up from the computer screen and shouted in Mason's direction.
"YO, MAN, WHAT'S EXPLOSIVE DECOMPRESSION AND HOW DO I TRIGGER IT?"

Laura ploped down in in the computer chair, next to Calem.

Laura started typing:

"Hi! Whoever's reading this, my name's Laura Evone, one of the people from another world that's helping Mike take over Nexus again. He told me that I need to tell you guys on a ship called USS Hercules that we took over one of Heiwa's ships! (it's called FSS Damocles, apparently...) But we ended up giving that Commander Nord guy a choice, he goes away and never comes back, or we destroy the station. (Total joke! It was just go get him to go away.) so he is currently on one of Jupiter's moons, but I digress. My point being, the FSS Damocles is on our side now! "

"Okidoki! I sent it!" She chirped, spinning around with Anna in her lap.

"I don't know anything about technology or spaceships." Jian admitted while attempting to keep Ia from messing with the flashing buttons and interesting levers.
"Whenever anyone wants to go into space, we just breathe and fly to the stars!" Aelkai exclaimed.

"I wish I was like you... spirits." Laura said with an awestruck tone, but still spinning. Calem looked like he was having fun, but still had that stoic look on his face.

"You can come to our world whenever you wish." Oeuyia revealed gently. "Anyone can find the way if they so desire, and when they enter, they are instantly purified, to better enjoy their stay."

Lilli ran over to where Jian and co. where standing and looked at tgem. "You're magical!" they said desperately. "Do you know any hangover cures for shapeshifters?"

"May I touch your head?" Jian asked gently. "I can help you feel better."

Listening to Grissle, Guinan said, "Sounds interesting, but mind links just aren't for me. I'd rather watch."

Turning back to her console, Guinan muttered, "Drone 1 offline, drone 2 offline, main weapon systems offline..." A little louder, she commented sarcastically, "Does anything work on this ship? Wait, maybe I need an authorization code?"

Guinan did not hear all about breathing and going to the stars. She was focused on how to activate the various systems. "Maybe I can only monitor from here? No... wait... I can close off sections of the ship to contain damage... Oops, didn't want to do that... Opening the doors again..."

Laura suddenly stopped twirling. "I kind of can't. As much as I'd like to see your world, I kinda have to go home, as soon as we're done here. Shauna saw me the other day at Professor Sycamore's lab, who, knowing her, probably told Emma, who freaked out and went to look for me, only to find out that both me and Calem just up and vanished off the face of the earth."

"There is no 'can't' or could or would or should or 'I have to do this or that'. Oeuyia stated cryptically as Karion squirmed around, trying to reach the pretty lights and buttons.

"More riddles..." Laura sighed. "All of my friends are gonna be mad at me. Let me tell you what happened. My mom told me we used to live over in Hoenn, and how much I loved living in Lillycove City, with the Pokemon Contests and the ocean..." A peaceful look was on her face, just thinking about it. "But one day, I don't know how it happened because mom won't tell me this part, but I lost all of my memories, I litterally diddn't rerember stuff like my name, or how to walk or talk. My first memmory was when I woke up after, like, two weeks, how scared I was, not knowing anything at all. I recovered really fast, but I seriously can't rerember anything from before then. It didn't get to me that much, until we were on our way back to Kalos from the grand Pokemon World Confrence.." She threw her hands up in the air to make it sound dramatic, "When I actually started thinking about it. Was I a good person? What was Lillycove City like? Mom ended up giving me a picture of me and my dead starter Pokemon from before I lost my memories, but that only made it worse... I seriously wouldnt leave my house unless I absolutely had to, and I shut all my friends out, because I thought if I wasnt a good person, then I'll always be bad. But Calem here... refused to be shut out. He would always come to my house to spend the day every few days, but I'm over it now. The problem is is that none of them have seen me in months and I diint get a chance to talk to them again before this happened."

"You are full of light." Oeuyia smiled lovingly and softly touched Laura's face. "If you would be willing, look through my eyes and see how I see the universe."
