Granted. You didn't say where so the temperature dropped 10 degrees on Mars. To make up for the that the temperature everywhere on earth rose 10 degrees.

Granted but the wish fairy thought it was a shower of solar sunshine from, well, the sun. so now you can stand under it and get even more direct sunshine.

Granted. It is 1 billion in old Zimbabwe dollars where hyper inflation made the 100 trillion Zimbabwe dollar note worth only a few American cents.

Wish granted! It can only receive one channel. In black and white.

Granted; it's a literal beach filled with pebbles. And you have no tee. You are stuck all day clubbing away at loose pebbles, and end with the worst golf score you ever had.
