Shaolin (Buddhist hard style, also the birthplace of zen) and Wudang (taoist "soft" style).

At the moment I think I'd rather watch a tractor pull than a presidential speech.

My vague understanding of judo is that it involves throws and grappling. Wudang encompasses a lot of different martial arts, as well as other taoist practices. Soft in that the styles are usually subtle. Devious. Covert rather than overt. Gongfu is the agile youngster, Tai chi is the stable old man.
Could be a long attempt at an explanation, I suppose.
