Weight Watchers is having a tough time with Weight Watchers - all that weighing, & rules.
Someone in another topic on eating here on WP, makes mention to 'eat not very much, & mostly plants'.
What I mean is I'm sure the rules (in WWatchers) are great to have but it might work to have another focus too, like getting to know a new recipe with, say, spices that you like, once a fortnight.
Every small step is progress, it actually is.

At the moment I'm not sleeping the best (I'm taking some tablets I think are making it worse) & my legs cramp at night. Blurgh. I hear magnesium is great - I am unsure what sort though.
(I still can't use the lower case D on my computer but I'm getting accustomeD to it by now. No complaint there
