You checked 37 items out of 54.

This score is far above the average range of intelligent adults. In this range there is an increased likelihood of psychosocial or psychiatric problems, as well as reduced resistance to stress and reduced empathy. There may be deep introversion and/or an unusual imagination, while associative horizon may be wider than usual.

It's funny how there were several things that applied for me in the past, but I noticed and after making an effort they don't anymore. Success? :D

What I find more telling, however, is what I did after taking the test. I noticed a little link going to the same test, only in my native language. That was a pleasant surprise. I then proceeded to compare the two, and I noticed some of the questions were a bit different.

Question 7 contains the word 'terugkerend' in the Dutch version. In the English version, it's 'repetitive'. Those two words are similar, but not exactly interchangeable. 'Repetitive', to me, indicates something happens very often in an almost-indentical way, while 'terugkerend' refers to something that keeps happening, but not necessarily in a specific way. 'Terugkerend' means there is a structural but very general problem; 'repetitive' could mean something more specific is repeated.

Question 8 contains the words 'zeer specifieke onderwerpen' in the Dutch version. In the English version, these words are summarised by the word 'arcane'. That seems to indicate it's something understood by just a few people. As with the previous question, it's an overspecified version of the original text. 'Zeer specifieke onderwerpen' simply means 'very specific subjects', and doesn't necessarily refer to something very obscure. Something 'very specific' could be SS Edmund Fitzgerald instead of just 'sunken ships'. Arcane knowledge would imply that it's something very few people know anything about. For example, the first three days of research after the discovery of the wreck of SS Edmund Fitzgerald.

First, I don't think this is a good test. Second, I wish they had some sort of this test for teens.
