Burnt Corn, Alabama

Burnt Corn (or Burnt Corn Spring) is a small unincorporated community in Monroe County, Alabama, on the border of Conecuh County. Burnt Corn is located at a historic crossroads near the source of Burnt Corn Creek and the intersection of two trading paths.
The town and the creek may have been named for an incident in which passersby found a pile of parched corn, a food often used by Creek Indians when traveling.

If you drive from Canberra to Melbourne along the inland route, you will pass a 'Diddah Diddah Creek', and soon after a 'Daddah Daddah Creek" . I did not see a 'Doodah Doodah Creek'

Lots of people visit Orkney, just to get a good look at the local twatt.
:-) I always like to see a nice bit of Twatt.

Mschtschonow. This is the Germanized form of the Polish city name Mszczonów and as such it starts with eight consonants.

Its not THAT bad. ^^ The sch is written with three letters, but stands for one consonant, a kind of drunken "s". You can try that by doing s, and leaving your teeth and tongue the way they are, but make out of your lips an o as if you were astouned. Its pretty comparable to your "sh" or "ch" from waSHing-maCHine. So if written, it looks pretty awful, but its not that hard to say. ^^

Sulitjelma, Norway (just sounds odd)

I'll bet that place used to be home to a lot of adventurers.... right up until that unfortunate incident involving all of the arrows.
