I didn't even get past the first page before I got annoyed and gave up! For example, question 1) I panic when I have to face someone who's angry. Well, I don't panic...I get angry myself! I'm not afraid of them or the situation, and I'm usually able to remain civil, but I'd still be having a strong emotional reaction rather than remaining calm. However, I took their choice of the word "panic" to indicate that the person would try to avoid the conflict due to fear of confrontation. Not me. So I didn't know how to answer that one, and it just went downhill from there. I think we'll all score lower on these tests than NTs, because they're usually designed by NTs for NTs. I read that book Emotional Intelligence by Daniel Goleman and found it annoying. It has a lot of solid psychological info in there that's always helpful for anyone. But beyond that, the general tone is one of generalized assumptions about how "humans" act and react in social situations, and I found much of it hard to relate to. Brings back memories of shouting at my sociology professor in college, because I couldn't buy all the stuff he was trying to claim was "true" about society and the way people relate. So now I know why I got a B in his class when my average grade was a 96! Maybe he and I would get along better now!
