I give the 'most likely person to make me laugh' award to K-9

I give this 'London Routemaster driven by Sid' model to Cockney Rebel to put on his mantlepiece for being the wrong planets most treasured and loved(drumroll please) 'Autistic flushed away enthusiast' award

Why thankee sinsboldly, and to you and to nannarob, an award and my deepest thanks for continuing to extend the hand of friendship even when I was most aloof.


Does AT stand for "absolutely terrified"? I think we all were, to one degree or another, though we tried our best not to let it show. Quatermass, of course, gets the "Hardcore Bibliophile With More Arms Than a Hindu Deity" award for his multitasking abilities.

To all the Dino-Aspies, the best bunch of friends I may never meet, the "Eh, I've Been Through Worse" award for negotiating life's never-ending obstacles, and an "I Specialise in Teh Snark" t-shirt for retaining their sardonic sense of humour throughout.

To gwenevyn, the "Girlfriend Gots the Hide of a Rhino" award for bravely stepping into the moderating fray.

To CockneyRebel, an award for starting this thread, and for being an all-round class act; and to all my dotcomrades here on WP, I only wish there were more hours in the day to keep up with everything you have to say.

Close. It means "Absolute Terror". Fans of anime, and particularly Neon Genesis Evangelion knows what it is.

I give myself an award for doing so well in 6 months.

I give iamnotaparakeet the Sci-fi Army award for his constant Stargate and army avatars.

I give Anubis a master caster award for casting Death on me in the world of constant war thread.

I give deep-techno an award for an amusing avatar.

I rule at war. J00 fail at it. Yes, yes, just keep being a drama llama.

I give the 'Coolest Mom' award to Jaleb (where is she?) for adopting me as her son even though I could be her much older brother!

I give IcarusFalling an award for 'Calmness in the Face of Debate' for the long debate I had with him a month or two ago.

I give 'Big Hearts' awards to the folks who PM'd me about posts written about my divorce and other stuff.

I saved my most special award for my friend "L.L." who comes here (I see she stays logged in at work on this site just like I do, but I don't want to use her member name for her privacy, even though I now know it )


I have a bunch of other awards to give out, but unfortunately I had them sitting on my front porch in a box on 'recycle' day and they were hauled off.
When I can gather up more awards and remember the correct names for the nominees, I'll post 'em!

I had some awards to hand out but they too were hauled off!
I kept a list of winners as a backup.

Oh, and one more... I give myself The most unrecognized poster on WP!

I give Yog-Sothoth the award for being the fastest newcomer on WrongPlanet. He's already got over 300 posts and he only joined this month.

Unless Yog-Sothoth was another user under a new account. Still, he's going to set an all time record for reaching 1000 posts. He did admit to me that he got 100 posts in three days so he probably spends a huge amount of time on WrongPlanet.

I give myself an award for the being the best thread killer on wrongplanet.

I give Ana54 the award for being persistent in a good way.

I don't think he'll be the fastest to get there, actually. There were several members who got there very, very quickly.
