Um, posting it in the random forum does not tell us that it's a joke. how are we supposed to know this, if you give no signs of it being a joke?! and you didn't it's in fun and games, which still doesn't tell us it;s a joke.

ok to everyone. It was a joke.

Would it actually be plausible to actually beleive my argument was true based on that fact?

I thought it was clearly a joke.

For crying out loud, what is the Neanderthal Theory?

have fun.

Thanks. I'll have to read through it, but I am NOT a neanderthal. Could neanderthals even mate with other humans?

It's possible in theory yes, but still a very hotly debated topic. Some think that neanderthal was sub species of humans while others think that it was a completely different species. I'm not so though. I find all of what little evidence there is very confusing. The fossil record with neanderthals is very patchy at best with only a few parts of skulls and bones scattered around. Complete skeletons are rare.

I'm a little skeptical about this theory because it does almost sound like "blame the neanderthal". In reality, I believe that we may have a little bit of neanderthal in all of us and any supposedly "good" and "bad" attributes probably existed on both human and neanderthal sides. I think that the truth, as with all things in nature, may be rather complicated and messy.
