wow this is awkward...

holy monk
scotch and candy bars
jinn and tonic
bishop's a lush
now looks for

irish muffins
scottish dancing
marlboros and
dirty dancing

what sin
what sorrow
no not for him
happy man

smiling dwarfs
jumping trolls
borrowing coats
from laughing offspring
silly girls and naughty boys

pulling pigtails
hiding pints
kicking nuts
gossip with gloating
malicious activity
pranks, frogs, dolls

poor man must drink
to hold his brain straight
holy monk
bishop sir
this jinn and tonic
muffins, marlboro, and dancing
simply will not do
dwarfs and troll borrow coats from growing minds who lavish in their plots

cahoots, foul play
has brought you dismay

i'm not the sort of worship just you know----
must form words with only a, i, o, u, y

For haiku to work
I must think of long ago
and count in my mind

(... and that particular old list of posts - locating it may bring joy.)

(... and that word "chill", brilliantly ambiguous, AnAlias.)

I find it just marginally too hard, to do this in any rapid fashion. Still, an occasional contribution is not too much of a strain.

Such hypocrisy! As if you could stay away from such an intriguing mind toy!

Why do you complain about its rumbustious survival, AnAlias? Most of us would jump for joy if our topics could attain this amount of popularity!

What unusual words you know, lau! I simply think this topic is fun, and isn't that all you can ask for?

I do not complain. I am most happy with its durability. All of us fancy a good lippogram!

You did burst out with "Bah!", AnAlias, which I took as a moody dismissal of this train of thoughts. I now think I was bounding to a wrong conclusion. I submit my apology for acting hastily.
