"Spirit is everything." Aelkai added cryptically. "We will come back some day, but not as we are now." Ia continued, and glanced at Jian.

"Okay... But pinky promise me that we'll see each other again, and you'll teach me how to be a magical girl?" She walked up to Jian and held her pinky finger out.

Jian smiled gently, and linked pinky fingers with Laura. "Here. we can keep in touch with this." Jian then handed Laura her crystal phone thing. "I'm not entirely sure how it works, but when you need to talk to us, you can." Still smiling, Jian, Aelkai, and Ia disappeared into the energy gate, which also vanished swiftly behind them.

Guinan managed to stay at her console by hanging on for dear life as the ship rocked. As things died down, and Ia and Aelkai prepared to leave, Guinan frowned slightly. "I hope that means you're going somewhere safe then," Guinan said to the girls. "Maybe I'll come visit your world someday," she told them.

(For some reason, I could see both Calem and Laura liking Final Fantasy. When you bring your Final Fantasy characters in, Kura, would it be okay if they recognized them and Laura would have a fangirl freakout? I think that would be funny. )

"Are you sure you don't need-" Laura was cut off by them leaving. She smiled at the crystal phone and put in in her purse. "Bye..." she trailed off, looking somewhat sad.

Sorry for not replying more, I've been really busy with homework and other random stuff. I'll try to finish things up on Nexus Station quickly so we can get back to the Pokemon universe.

The FSS Damocles approaches the enemy carrier. Mike says "You do know how utterly insane this plan is, right?" and Mason replies "Yep, but sanity isn't going to win a battle like this where we are so outmatched." The front of the ship collides with the side of the carrier at an angle causing a loud bang as sparks fly and the impact is felt strong enough that Mike is thrown out of his chair. When he returns to his station he stabilizes the rotation, and then a call comes on from the enemy carrier with the captain saying "What are you, insane?!". Mason immediately cuts the call and says "Based on the power output I think a reactor may have been damaged. What's the damage like?" Mike says "Don't tell me you plan on doing that again..."

Meanwhile the USS Hercules docks with Nexus station and waves of robotic soldiers are deployed in an attempt to overtake it.

(Sorry I'm being all impatient... )

Being that Laura was standing when the ship hit the carrier, Laura was knocked off of her feet, landing facefirst into a wall, then backwards onto her butt. Aside from squeaking for a few seconds out of pain and suprise, Calem held his hand out to help her up, but instead she stood up on her own.

"I heard screeching and I saw sparks," Calem said. "That couldn't have been good."

Meanwhile, Lilli was at the panel that said "Ship Systems," scanning through their options even though it probably wouldn't do much good.

Suddenly, their face lit up as they saw a button. Their finger hovered over it for a second, before they turned to Mike with a look of excitement.
"Say, why do we have a confetti launcher?"

"A what?" Oeuyia asked in complete puzzlement, and Karion stumbled over to Lilli and looked at the button quizzically, as if wondering if it was okay to press it.

Guinan was thrown to the ground also and landed hard on her back. When Mike righted the ship, she gingerly pulled herself up to her console to check the damage. "The readout says the reactor is damaged and offline... Wait, what are those flashing lights?" Guinan thought aloud as she navigated through the ship with her console, closing doors in an effort to isolate the damaged reactor.

^[Oh, no, it's a warp core breach! ]

Mike replies to Lilli, "A confetti launcher? I doubt it, that would be very impractical." Mason says "Is anyone on the reconnaissance panel? It would be great to have some information about the damage on the enemy ship."

As the two ships drift apart from each other Mason fires a volley of missiles targeting the part of the enemy ship damaged by the collision, they hit and flames shoot out of the hole as one of their reactors looses containment and releases it's high pressure plasma. The enemy ship focuses it's fire on the damaged area on the FSS Damocles and launch some missiles too.

"Quick, roll the ship!" Mason orders and Mike quickly attempts to make the damaged bit face away from the enemy. The missiles hit dead on and the particle cannons are able to do a lot of damage before Mike can finish rotating the ship. Multiple decks are breached and the automatic systems automatically close the doors necessary to loose as little air as possible.

Mason continues thinking of any crazy ideas that could win this unlikely battle against a ship with a proper trained crew. "Perhaps we could try to jettison the escape pods and use them as missiles?... No... I doubt that would work... What if we-" Suddenly his face lights up as an idea comes to him. "The breach device! Laura and Calem, see if you can establish a video communication link with the USS Hercules. I have an idea that might just be crazy enough to work, but I'll need to coordinate with Captain Charlie Plank." Mike asks "Does this mean that we won't have to ram them again?" and Mason replies "Probably, but I'm not making any promises."

For anyone at a damage control panel, feel free to make the FSS Damocles take crazy amounts of damage causing tons of stuff to fail because they are being targeted by a pretty darn powerful ship. Don't worry about ruining my plans, because I don't ever plan very far into the future with this sort of stuff and I like a good challenge.

Guinan nodded to Mason and started moving in the direction of the reconnaissance console. She did not get very far though before the ship started taking heavy damage and rotating. Instead, the force of one of the hits knocked her against the console where she had been attempting to contain the damage.

Guinan scrambled onto the chair. "That last hit completely blew out the cargo hold, so we're losing air fast... Oh, the automatic containment systems are working again for some reason. All the airlocks on that side of the ship are damaged but at least their inner doors closed... Five decks have hull breaches, and the thrusters took a hit too. Only four working missiles left," she reported, her voice rising in distress as the she continued to tally the damage.

"Okay!" Laura whipped out her Holo Caster again, Calem scrolling through the numbers. "Alright, found it." He said, and proceded to tell her the number. She called the ship anywhere from 10 to 20 times before they finally picked up. "Hey! I don't really have time to explain, but could you get somebody named Charley Plank on video? Mike really needs to talk to him!" She said in a panicked voice. Before they could respond, she ran over to Mike and shoved the pink sparkly device into his hands.
