You sure it's not bones? There could be bones hidden under the cones...there has to be some reason they're perfectly built for hiding stuff under them

Don't be silly. A genuine cone has its internal organs on the inside, so there's little room at the bottom.
Cones don't have bones, their plastic exterior is all they need.

Real question is why are the traffic cones red and white? Yellow and black would look more scary.

Well, if you want a yellow and black cone, go to Bolivia
It's the only place in the world I'm aware of that uses them as their primary colour variation
Brazil have some that are black and orange though :o

I've seen black and yellow used somewhere around here too...can't remember when or where, but it's how I knew they existed. Most of our traffic cones aren't actually cones though, they're the orange and black cylinders
