Do you mean Noah's Ark which has decomposed over the past 4,350 years or the Ark of God's Covenant with Israel which was destroyed by Babylonians?

I think they would just beam them aboard if they still existed, then fry the planet. Who says the Covenant cares about God anyway? Although, if there were aliens without original sin, they would probably feel disgusted by us weak will self deceiving losers.

But that would only create a parallel universe. That was how the whole command and conquer universe was made (except RA2, that's not considered actual canon...and generals too)
