RP: Indeed. Vulgar, takeaway food, but they consult me on how best to use the rendered fat of their enemies to fry chips and their 'Onion Death Blossoms' (disgusting-tasting thing). They do happen to give me the sweetbreads and cheeks of their enemies fallen in battle, which I then cook for exquisite dishes.....

RP: Lecter, it is spelt, thank you. But in traditional cooking, they are soaked for 5 hours in cold water to remove the blood. Any darker areas still contain blood and are normally trimmed away, as the taste of blood is unpleasant. I agree, when it comes to sweetbreads. They are fairly fatty and high in cholesterol, but that's nothing that some exercise won't work off you. I do not enjoy the American variety using the testicles of sexually mature bulls and sheep, though. I would have taken you, Alucard, for a man who enjoys the best in black puddings, am I wrong?

(I got the stuff about sweetbreads off Wikipedia....)
