I wish i could sleep without having such vivid dreams.

Granted, however your dreams become so subtle that eventually you lose your ability to dream at all. Every time you lie down to sleep you immediately enter deep sleep, perceivably waking up immediately after you put your head down. Whilst deep sleep is more restful, the fact remains that you never feel like you ever get any sleep as to you, sleep appears instantaneous.
