Banned for calling a rotation of 2 + 1/9 turns unsound math.

Explanation: Start with the popsicle placed vertical. Rotate it twice counterclockwise two whole turns. Then rotate it another 1/9 turn counterclockwise, and it will be placed as shown, being tilted by 40° with respect to the vertical. It has been turned through an angle of 760°.
