While the intent may have not been offensive, I found it a tad bit. I worked with the Special Olympics each year in college. Unless your name is Carlos Mencia, you shouldn't be making fun like that.

Now that I'm thinking about it, yeah, you are right, I also believe that picture is offensive, I didn't see it well at first, the kid running, it has down's syndrome, so the real ret*d people were the ones who made that pic.

Yeah, an avatar like that is suited better for an anime forum only not like this one, but that's because the picture is a little suggestive. Now using other anime pics, like gwenevyn's avatars, that's good, and those are very nice
