I don't remember. I guess that's where, if that's where you put it. I thought it was this thread.

Eh, I'm not sure either. It just turned 2am here, I can't sleep. It's actually 1am solar but 2am daylight savings time, thanks to Ben Franklin.

Other annoying things Benjamin Franklin did: arbitrarily called electrical current as flowing from + to -, tried to get the national bird of America to be the Turkey, got zapped by lightning and didn't die, came up with phrases like "a penny saved is a penny earned", and went to France.

I know the feeling.

And daylight savings time stinks. I'd rather not have it. In Guatemala, we didn't. Though I think that changed... or was it the other way around?

Don't know the laws there myself, I thought most nations didn't bother with practical jokes on the populous

Well, they do. Just not the same jokes. Down there if a police officer pulls you over for speeding, you just buy him lunch.

I thought bribery has been around for awhile. I don't drive and I don't like cars (since they're heavy and go at high speeds, thus a lot of momentum which I don't like directed by humans), but I don't see speeding as too big of a problem in Guatemala, there's no snow or ice to worry about. Lots more physics for laws but anyway...

Is it raining where you live? I just mowed my yard and there has been heavy rain for 8 hours now! :x

Yes. He is happily non-existent.

No, it isn't raining here. I wouldn't mind a little rain about now. It has been quite warm.

Android

Well, there would an increase in accidents. Men would become overly distracted and hit other cars while driving. Insurance rates would skyrocket. The economy would go down the drain due to excessive lawsuits from injury cases. Bush would declare martial law. Then the prisons would seriously become over crowded, riots would breakout. And they'd make clones of Tonya Harding to handle the uprising.

The whip me, beat me. Make me write bad checks comment? I don't know what movie it's from. I heard it from a guy I was stationed with in Texas years ago. He was busted for writing some bad checks.
