I loved the dog Jack! That show was awesome!! !

However, a one-eyed Jack Russell terrier named Jack, who barks once for "no" and twice for "yes" (or the opposite if it suits him) would dispute just who Jake's best friend really is. Jack wears an eye patch, but used to have a false eye made of opal that Jake lost in a poker game -- and refuses to let Jake forget it!

I very nearly did that. But then I got entranced, reading about opal eyes and nazi spies.

And apparently it was the inspiration for TaleSpin!

Tin-Tin is way better than any of the crap on TV now. Kids should read books instead of watching trash television all the time.

What did you do while you were away?

I was neither fully here nor fully away today. I did it all at once.

I went to my horse class today and raked hay, groomed and practiced doing some ground exercises with our horse Callie...
Then I got cleaned up at home, had lunch, went grocery shopping.

Now I'm just chilling at home.

Interesting... but it'd be kind of bad if things started to drip with that electric heater there and all...
