S&H Green Stamps were trading stamps popular in the United States from the 1930s until the late 1980s. They were distributed as part of a rewards program operated by the Sperry & Hutchinson company (S&H), founded in 1896 by Thomas Sperry and Shelley Byron Hutchinson.

this world is full of new things to learn. :star: I wonder what woulda happened to little miss muffett if the spider hadn't have come along when it did. would she still be sitting on her tuffet?

I had to Google it after reading your response, auntblabby. I found a hit on urban dictionary. I'd never heard that slang before; i was just doing the same as Enviro, combining wolf and dog into one word. I had no idea about about that meaning. I am really sorry that I inadvertently used a term considered offensive! :(
