Do most good ideas land up in that shredder, only to be recycled as someone else's idea later on?

Shouldn't EVERYONE immediately patent their ideas, however absurd, at the Ministry of Originality and Uniqueness so that they don't get recycled? :lol:

Isn't it the prevailing theory that squirrel hair makes the thirstiest mops? Why else would I be enrolling in rodent barber school?
