My old calculus instructor on the first day of class:

"You may have heard it said that there are no stupid questions. This is not true. I find all questions to be stupid. Do not ask me any. If you do, I will take it as an indication that you have not been listening in lecture."

The next day only five of forty students showed up.

Sounds like a charming man.

Think Professor Snape, only balding and without honor.

Yes, yes I was. However, first impressions proved correct and the second session was my last.

That was the beginning of the end of my university career. That quarter I got an "A" by BSing and parroting an instructor's opinion for a mandatory project on why all white people are racist.

The next quarter regulations changed, and in my second year of university I (along the with the rest of the world) was forced to take a course called "How to Succeed in College". The administration was unmoved by my observation that, seeing as how I had been succeeding in college for quite some time, such a course would be unnecessary. "Everybody has to take it." O-kay.

More like "How to Succeed in the Twilight Zone under Chairman Mao." But that's another story.

Mine is pretty nice, can be a little anal on homework but he is happy with questions.

Now my Japanese instructor is an ass, I speak well but I need the credit in foreign lanugage. She is just...GAHHHHHHHH.

Gravitation or repulsion? Or was that a naughty joke?

I hate McDonald's answers, I prefer reality (that's one reason I have difficulty keeping a job.)

How did your day REALLY go?

My day was normal, actually.

I, on the other hand, am quite off my rocker.

And you?
