I used to work for them, they paid me almost nothing then they fired me. I'm a hard worker and I was getting paid more than anyone in Guatemala, but the cost of living is a lot higher here in Shakopee Minnesota. I was being paid $15,000 less than the cost of living working at two jobs. Everyday I was working in the morning at McDonald's and the afternoon and evening at Wal-Mart.
Pile of Misleading Vividness Fallacies
Keep your personal experience out of debate, another misleading vividness fallacy.
It is your fault if you were working at one of those jobs, not our job to bail you out because you failed and made enemies. The government is NOT your nanny.
The government does no better, Medicare is an overbloated, sick monster that needs to be put out of it's misery.
Perhaps if the government wasn't consuming half of your wage for taxes and have a sales tax you could've lived on what you were making.
It's wal-mart that is to blame for the low, low prices and low wages. Someone has to do that job at the end of the day.
As for 50% tax, that is stupid. There should be progressive taxes or sales taxes. I do agree with that.
