Extra fancy

What the heck does that even mean? I used to see it on ketchup packets. I like ketchup, but I see it as typically a sauce for cheaper foods. I even buy the organic ketchup and don't consider it fancy as such. If any ketchup is extra fancy, it would be the mushroom ketchup that my dad ordered from his gourmet food website.
