Yeah, kinda. The hurry feel, I mean. I was too late posting something and on top of that made a stupid misread and made a little error in another thread. (this all within five minutes, but hey.... ) Chill, E, relax.

Well I do live in France

The next person is good at mathematics (math to the yanks )

I was excellent at mathematics as a child but rather lost interest in it as a teenager, mainly due to poor teaching at high school, I think. I then specialised more in English and humanities. (I enjoy a glass of wine, especially with dinner, TallyMan, and French wine is more than acceptable, I've found. )

The next person will tell us a story about a high school experience.

^^ Yaaaye thankees jennyishere, I believe I shall indeedy. ^^ Yaaye, perhaps I may speak of a happy little friend who started attending my school within the Sixth Form (at approximately aged 16-17) and he was a happy Chinese boy, however the poor boy would often irritate other individuals including teachers.

^^ In one happy Physics lesson, there was only a small number of students, approximately 5 including myself and the happy boy. The poor boy often did not give his courseworks and today was a deadline. Four of the students including myself gave our works and were watching a film at the front of the class. ^^ The poor boy was printing his work at the back of the class with use of his memory stick. Whilst watching the happy fill, the following happy sounds blessed me. "Ooohhhhh, sir! Disaster!"

^^ Oh dear, also, he would often arrive late and some reasons that the poor boy was late were (as written on a slip):

"Wind resistance"
"English weather"

^^ I believe the next happy poster enjoyed attending their happy school.

I enjoyed college doing my 'O' and 'A' levels but didn't really like the school I was at prior to that. I wasn't overly keen on university afterwards either.

The most prolific living organism on the planet is...

Mitochondria. They have their own DNA and live in every single cell in all animals and all plants and all bacteria. All other life forms are dependent on this primitive organism because it generates energy for them. In a sense all plants and animals (humans too of course) are merely vast cities to this strange organism. It also passes down the maternal line in mammals. From human mother to child with none from the father. As far as I'm aware mitochondria are hopelessly dependent on their hosts for survival and we on them. A form of evolutionary cooperation that goes back in time to the earliest living cells on the planet.

The next person will find science fascinating.

The next person may hate when flies or mosquitoes are in the house, and might sometimes wish that they would all disappear.

True, I dislike having flies or mosquitoes in my house (although mosquitoes LOVE me ). I generally find insects very interesting, though, and I wouldn't want to wipe out flies and mosquitoes altogether- they're an important part of the food chain for a lot of wildlife.


The next person will tell us about an interesting insect-related experience.

The way how "pince-oreille" is translated in English is quite funny: "earwig".
When I was a little child, I was afraid of them.

I guess that the next poster loves an insect but I don't know of which species.

I love dragonflies, the bigger the better. They're awesome and beautiful. How graceful they fly, how they can remain still in mid air and fly backwards even. Plus they can fly really fast also.

Well, neither actually, coz I don't have any pets. But if I do end up getting one someday it would probably be a dog.
