If a large demand is forming for your time and assistance, you might want to consider setting aside some time and offering private tutoring, for a small fee of some sort. If they're going to you because of the quality of your tutoring, some would be willing to pay for one-on-one help without having to wait for you to be done helping others. A little supplemental income is always good. 8)

That's what one group wanted to do last semester... get a bunch of people together to chip in and have me work with them on a Saturday.

I did tutor Calc privately last spring... a cool 15 bucks an hour. Better than this 7 I'm getting from the university... boh...

I'm just taking a pretty heavy load right now with classes... even this amount of tutoring is a bit much.

But I do get to do homework when no one stops in, so there are benefits...

Though it may not be full-time, that's a pretty healthy hourly pay. That's what I'm looking at for full-time jobs right now.... Some go a bit higher, highest I've heard so far has been 20, but still.

Yeah, it was great... this family really wanted this highschool senior to do well in Calc. Needed it for some prestigious school the kid wanted to go to...

They let me come 3 days a week at first, to get him caught up. It was very nice and unexpected...

They even made me dinner some nights... 8)

I would love to turn tutoring into a career...

Continuing the Doctor Who photostory....

In 1981, Tom Baker vacated the role of the Doctor after 7 years, to be replaced by Peter Davison, who was a fairly well known actor, best known as Tristam Farnam in All Creatures Great and Small. This Doctor, younger looking than the others, was also made more vulnerable, especially after the shock death of companion Adric in Earthshock.

Bite me! :P David Tennant is a bit like a more manic version of Peter Davison.

*sings* ...go back to high school.

In all likelihood, young man, you will not find many beauty school dropouts studying calculus.
