No, she's a time traveller like me. She will reappear later randomly. But it will seem like almost no time passed from Drawyer's perspective.

Depends on the ghost you're talking about. There is a spector diversity, you know.

Bermuda 1963? Space time rift is there, which is an easy return transit hub for a time traveller returning to earth. You're a history buff, haven't you heard of all the disappearances and paranormal events in the Bermuda Triangle? There is a connection. The interstellar WIFI is really good there as well!
