My teddy 's name is Pinkywinkles hes much nicer than my stupid Bambo the panda I accidentally on purpose shoved Bambo in a cuboard last night and tucked Pinkywinkles in bed

Yes. It is some character from a roleplaying game and he's not drinking a potion of some sort.

Or at least that's what it looks like to me.
