256mb ram and an old video board for a computer my family's had since '99. It'll probably work with Red Alert, but I didn't bother because I'd have to install that feature and my sister is almost out of hard drive space.

I replied, I'll try that diet out.

I don't know your exact situation, but these are just some thoughts.

Have any other games than FF3 and what do you intend to purchase next for your console?

I haven't really bothered with Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings, so I can't say much about it. I liked C.S. Lewis' Narnia series put out by BBC but not the recent one by Disney so much.

Actually, it's not a computer at the uni, but one bought from the uni, but if we decide to get a new one, we have to bring this one back. I think the TOS applies to this computer, so while I can have personal stuff, I am restricted in what I can really do.

It's okay, but I see it more as an attempt to make a longer thread than this one than as a serious thread. It is clearly defined, however with overlapping posts it may be difficult to straighten out unless you just keep going. I posted a couple times, and it is interesting to state the same number in different ways, but the content is fairly limited unless someone goes off-topic and that would just be annoying then. I'm glad you like it though. :)

Customize its aesthetics but don't change its function; it is for learning only and not for personal entertainment more or less? Would that be the terms of service?

The numbers in and of themselves would make for a dull thread but the numbers in relation to other numbers (number theory)
and the various uses of number in different cultures are what make the thread a bit more interesting.

I find the language a little more interesting:

Such as why in English do we have 1-12 unique and then have a suffix of -teen for 13-19?
Why in Spanish are 1-15 unique and then become 10 and 6, 10 and 7, 10 and 8, 10 and 9?
The languages and their history have always interested me.

Numbers are also interesting too, but for me to a lesser extent throughout my life. Still it is interesting and sometimes useful to know things like:

14 = E = 1110 = 0001 0100 = etcetera in different bases and codings

Depends what you mean by color/colour, the above have to do with perceived qualities. Luminosity, hue, tone, etc. Language is built around perception mainly.

Interesting data about the human eye:

Resolution: Around 15 megapixels
Max Frame rate: 60 hertz (for cockatiels it's 300Hz)
Color range: approximately 300 nanometers (violet) to 700 nanometers (red) with most response to 590 nanometers (yellow)
20 times more rod cells than cone cells
Etcetera.
