Doesn't sound right, unless there was an outbreak of Ebola or Marburg.
Eccentric rich person who likes living in a bubble in a trailer park surrounded by germs?
I don't think even Howard Hughes went so far as to put his staff in biohazard suits. I think a sterilised surgical gown and mask was good enough.
