i'm not entirely sure whether both of those are metaphorical or literal but i'll say mold since it's gross and should be broken, and for the metaphorical interpretation, rebellion is the crux of my ideology so yes break the mold.

probably reasonable for easy, mostly because i've done both but long term difficult work takes too much toll on my brain/body

listen to birds or listen to ocean?
