Reminds me of this puzzle, Chinese towers or something, where you must move the whole tower from one pin to another one slice at a time according to certain rules.

I played this game once where you had to try to take over a city by building annexes to your castle. I was really good at it. 8)

That's the one I had in mind. Interesting thing about it is that the number of slices (what do you call them, disks?) is irrelevant. Any number of them can eventually be moved to the rightmost pin.

That doesn't sound particularly challenging? Is there a catch? Maybe all the round things should be invisible so you don't know how many you've lifted or where you've put them.
