"Humans are what we are", Rose responded, interested in the conversation, "We stand and walk with our two legs and feet, hold and carry things with our two hands and arms, we also do some stuff like talk, work, create, invent, and believe. Of course, we can also choose to either do good choices or bad choices, depending on our own intentions."

Laura was back within a few miniutes, holding two Pokeballs. "Here! I've got my Flabebe and Shiny Milotic, I was really wanting to use them more but I couldn't until now because I didn't want to make my main pokemon feel bad." Laura explained. "Don't worry, they're a lot weaker than my others."

[A...Flabebe...and a shiny...Milotic. O..Okay, then. What a unusual and neat combination!]

Lychee tilted their head. "Huh? Are you sure a five-on-two match is going to be fair?"

(Their Pokemon are about Level 40. Except for Lavender, who is Level 25. )

"Early on, I battled a guy with five Magikarps and a Gyrados with just one Pokemon. If that was fair, this is fair, if that's okay with you." Laura replied.

"Is it OK if we battle, too?", Rose asked Lychee if Rose and Dan can participate, interested.

Mike takes out his Pokeball containing his Litten and pushes the button on the front expanding it to full size, looking it over in his hands. "If we are going to be battling Pokemon I might as well join in. I've never battled with Pokemon before, but surely it isn't harder then captaining an orbital missile frigate."

Lychee's expression became slightly skeptical. "Well, Magikarp is... Magikarp." they said skeptically.

"But whatever!" They threw a Poke Ball into the air and sent out a Grimer. "Go, Sl--!"

Lychee turned around with slight suspicion when they were interrupted by Rose and Dan.

"Huh...?" Lychee looked slightly disappointed. "Well, Laura and I agreed to have this battle a couple days ago, and I'm not that good at battling..."
They furrowed their eyebrows. "I'd love to battle with you guys, but I'd kinda have to say no?"


Lychee shook their head. "Okay, since when did this become a battle tournament?"

They shook their head. "And I'm not tryin' to be mean, I'm just tryin' to be practical here. Generally you battle people who are on par with your level, and I just want this to be fair."

"Sorry, I've never battled before either, but my Pokemon are kind of a high-ish level." they said sadly. "I don't have any weaker Pokemon, but maybe someone else could battle you....?" They looked hopefully at the table, hoping someone could stand up.

"I'll battle you, Mike!" Gristle volunteered. He jumped out of his seat with a confident smirk on his face. "If I can command multi-headed dragons to bite each other's heads off, I guess I can make animals in tiny balls fight."

Mike replies "Great. Shall we go outside for this or something?"

"I know a great place where you can battle!" Kiki said, clapping their hands.

Gristle and Mike closed their eyes to blink, and when he closed his eyes it felt like someone was grabbing him by the hand. "Whoa! What's going on?" Gristle said.

When they opened their eyes, they were suddenly in the middle of a purple jungle. Strange birdcalls echoed around them, and the air was thick like they were near a waterfall.

Gristle sniffed the air. It smelled like rain. He looked around. "Where are we?" Gristle asked. "Should I.... be concerned about this?"

"Nope!" Kiki cheered. "Just continue on with your battle!"

Mike looks around in confusion. "Woah, what? Where are we? Is this a simulation? Was my neural interface implant hacked? That shouldn't even be possible when it is disabled." He looks around at the trees. "Chlorophyll that absorbs the green frequencies instead of red and blue, interesting. But that would only be beneficial around a star with peak emissions either outside the visible range or peaking in the green wavelength which means..." He looks up at the Sun for a moment before being forced to look away due to it's brightness. "It's hard to tell for sure but that looks too white to be a G class star like Sol, my guess would be that it's an F class star. The Pokemon world definitely orbited a G class star, so that's weird."

After seeing the looks that Gristle and Kiki were giving him he stops and says "Right, enough speculation, where are we?" as he does a shrugging gesture, as he does so he looses grip of the Pokeball containing his Litten and after a faild attempt at catching it it falls to the ground and opens up releasing the Pokemon. Litten looks up at Mike and rolls his eyes as if to say "Nice throw you mook".

Kimmy giggled at Litten. "My dad has one from when he went to Alola a few years ago. Whenever I try to pet him, he singes my fingers."

Laura walked up to Kiki. "Umm, were we supposed to follow you?" She asked, holding her Minior's pokeball.

(Lillikoi said that Kiki only teleported themself, Mike, and Gristle over to wherever they are, so I'm pretty sure that for Laura and the rest Kiki, Gristle, and Mike would have just vanished. I suppose Lillikoi could correct me if I'm wrong though.)
