Your head is the only thing not to explode and it is placed in a jar (like in Futurama) where you can just watch the world go by.

Granted! but you puke 20 times and wind up on IV in the hospital for rehydration

(i know how to fly a plane... thanks to having taken an emergency response course when i used to attend the high school they taught us on a simulator camp week (stayed in chicago for 7 days) on how to fly a plane to the nearest airport and safely land a 747 767 A320 and various other large commercial airliners...)

i wish i could have my own 767
