Marathon runner.
Nice.
How'd ya know?
NASA employee
Research through the links you provided. I know not whether you had read things I previously said here or googled me as members of I2 had prior to their invention of fake profiles of myself, but I thought that since you came up with a close match of what occupation I would like - whether by design or happenstance - that I'd attempt to do the same and through the information provided that was my best guess.
Second would have been more generally, Olympic Gold Medalist.
I think if the politicians keep acting the way they are that NASA's probably not long for this world. Careers in spaceflight are more likely going to be within corporations rather than with NASA.
Yea, it was something you said in one of the other threads....can't quite remember ATM.
Would you rather work for the gov't or a corporation though?
Corporate astronautical engineer
Through a corporation that receives its funding voluntarily. I don't like taxpayer based compulsory funding, since, aside from it being similar to theft, it also encourages mediocrity due to the lack of necessity to do work instead of merely spending hours on the clock playing solitaire or minesweeper or chatting with coworkers about buying an nth yacht and summer home with money that's not really earned. I would venture to say that, similar to the movie Astronaut Farmer, even a relatively small number of persons with the right resources could easily outperform NASA at an infinitesimal fraction of the cost.
Um, an occupation from way back in the day: a messenger.
