I think it would make a fantastic 30 second comedy sketch - picture a couple of those camp male image consultants standing around him discussing how to make him look good. Patting his cheeks and saying he needed a little rouge etc. The sketch would finish showing a before and after Davros - immediately followed by him exterminating them.

Sounds about right.
Actually, in the audio story, Terror Firma, the Doctor is shown a clone of Davros as he was before the accident that crippled him. The Doctor remarks that Davros wasn't much of a looker to begin with.
