Is it worth registering for support this time? Unless we pay an annual fee he won't listen to any prayers.

Apparently we need to slaughter a few lambs or something before he will respond to bug fix requests?

So even God isn't perfect. There are memory leaks in the code (black holes).

I daren't tell him though - he will go supernova!

The leaks (black holes) are necessary to mantain stability on the universe and between universes, bugs still reported concerning them, fixed in Expanding Universe Pack 1.0 comming soon.

Hell, is an open-source software, several versions of them are freely available for you to choose.

Right, well I'm off to bed. I'll carry on fixing the universe tomorrow. Are there are any security patches to download?
I hear universe 2.0 is being released soon and God plans to kill off version 1. Apparently version 1 has a sub routine called Armageddon to force everyone to upgrade. I will avoid existing until 2.1 comes out, at least most of the problems should have been ironed out by then.

Sod your philosophy with a big knobbly cactus. I could say the same about all of you, but I won't, because it is more convenient to accept that you are all human beings. Well, except for the trolls, they wiped their derrieres with their human membership cards.

well, I may be delusional into thinking of being a god, in this realm at least, and likely I can be a AI subroutine as well, with the potential of being erased from memory (existence) at any time.

Trolls are hardly human beings, at least in concept, it wouldn't be enough to think of them as not being real, as leaks, viruses or even pests but human would do. ;)

Yes, it is an improved version, which works better, faster with new functions, laws governing everything have been improved and changed. Only a small, a very small portion of sentient routines are transfered from the old version to the new improved one, the ones who function almost perfectly and never give problems at all, are the ones selected.

You ever watch Zero Punctuation? Now THAT guy has lifted trolling to an actual art-form. In fact, when he was accused of being a professional troll, here is what Yahtzee (the guy who makes the Zero Punctuation videos) had to say:

Quote:
I like the idea of a 'professional troll', though. Makes me think of a hideous creature living under a bridge, handing out business cards.
