You could always try sounding quasi-intellectual and call people "impertinent" or "reprobates" or so many other things that snobby people use. Of course, you lose respect in a hurry. Oh, and then there are people who go around calling people in general "sheeple" as if they are somehow a highly evolved master race of jerks. Ah the wonders of "intelligence." :P

I use the term coprocephalous or coprocephalite. An insult, I might add, that I made up myself, or at least independently.
