Its nearly "Good night" here in France. Some greetings sound so crass. I hate the American one "Have a nice day" it sounds so false. I used to get sales calls from America and was always asked "And how are you today" in an overenthusiastic sort of way like he was my best friend. I felt like saying **** ***, but usually just hung up the phone instead.
