It wasn't. And I don't think it sounded like Warwick Davis. If you watch closely, it's that young man ranting and raving about how the Kaled battle cry will be total extermination (the line continues "of the Thals"). I think his name is Guy Siner, and the character he is playing is called General Ravon. (Quite appropriate, really)

Its dangerous around here. Only safe in full body armour. Perhaps if I just lurk behind that tree over there I'll be safe?
