1) Coverage under this Wish shall be in effect for a period of two years beyond the term of the original grantor's warranty, or for a period not to exceed the posting of another wish in this forum thread, whichever comes first.

2) What is covered by the Wish:

2a) If the Wish product fails to function properly under normal and proper usage due to defects in materials or workmanship, during the period of this Wish (See #1), the grantor will, at his or her own discretion, either withdraw the Wish at no charge for parts or labor, or replace the Wish with another of equal value. During the period of the Wish, you may be entitled to certain rights and privileges according to local, state, and federal laws.

2b) This Wish is limited to wishers living or residing in the United States, its territories, and Canada at the time the wish was stated.

3) Wishes not available for issue under this statement in Orlando, Florida or Anaheim, California, as wishes in those locales fall under the purview of the Disney Corporation.

4) GRANT OF WISH. The grantor grants you the fulfillment of your wish, except where prohibited, regulated, or taxed, or where such fulfillment falls under the responsibilities of Father Christmas, Playboy Enterprises, Modern Bride Magazine, or wealthy relatives.
