I've added ovaltine to warm milk before. That just makes it like drinking warm pudding, sometimes even with a skin on top.
The Vitamin B in it will probably act to keep you awake, actually, anyways. Because it helps you produce more energy from your food.
I do love milk and Ovaltine (cold), though.
