Margarine or real butter?
I never use margarine and very little real butter too. Only small amounts when I cook; frying fish (in combination with quite a lot of sunflower seed oil) and after I've thrown away the water where the vegetables were cooked in I put in some real butter in the pan and put the 'dry' vegetables back in. Blah (3x).. real butter.. thus.
