I don't know why I moved so far from home, makes things complicated when you hate flying. :?

I can still remember what you said about this "killing 24 hour flight to Europe."

I can just about deal with a three hour flight. Sometime I even manage it without a panic attack. But 12 hours? Followed by immediately getting on another plane for another 12 hours? Shudders.

I got lucky on my last trip back, one of the planes was almost empty, everyone picked their own row, spread out across 4 seats, and got some decent sleep. I suspect I would be a lot better if I could afford first class. Lack of sleep is always bad for my mental state. :?

Fly Aeroflot. Their planes are never full. (There is a reason, you don't want to hear.)

I've flown Air Garuda. That was bad enough.

Bali to Jakarta is my worst.

Sigh, I just like staying home.

Even with the cows?

At least you can have fresh creamy milk whenever you want.

With or without added vodka.

No enviro, our cows are not dairy cows, so my milk comes from the supermarket, just like yours. Sometimes I resent the work, but on stunning sunny days like today I can't complain.

And despite my joking about it with Krabo, I'm not much of a vodka girl. I prefer a nice glass of wine myself. 8)

Do you prefer red or white?

South Africa is quite famous for its range of wines, especially Stellenbosch and Western Cape wines. I'm sure you'd enjoy J C Le Roux sparkling wine should you ever have the opportunity to try it on a special occasion.

Maybe I will one day. 8)

Generally I drink red wine in the winter (a nice merlot or shiraz), and a chilled chardonnay in the summer.

The last white wine I had was from New Zealand, Monkey Bay I think it was. :)
