It is hard to say what this shop is, but it is a hobby of many.
A shop stocking products which a primary custodian was tiring of having. Possibly a charity shop, such as for individuals with coronary complaints.
My cousin would buy things from such shops, giving most back as gifts to similar shops, in two, four, six or so days. Cash making cogs to go round.
