Never understood either.
For a brief moment in my childhood a friends mother got me into canasta,
but then I never played that again as well. :hmph:

Life is the amount of breaths you take,
or it's the moments that take your breath away?

( I watched "Hitch" recently. )

Life is about Will Smith flying an F-18 Hornet intending to give the command to shoot at the aliens, but instead saying "Fire at Will!".

Sort of a moment which would take a person's breath away, no? :p Life is more than about living, its more than about experiences too. A proper discussion on the meaning of life is not likely to occur though. Hitch was cool though. Will Smith is a funny actor and plays his roles pretty well. He could say Arnold's corny jokes and make them sound cool.

Latin or Greek?

I will choose ancient because they made up their minds and nobody is going to change them now! :P

Never change your mind or
quickly change your mind
and then quickly change it back?

(bonus points for spotting the Simpsons reference)

i do like to use quotes where i can but prefer to develop new expression; be it a technical statement or supporting argument... or a funny play on words.

do you find that you regulate any statement/conversation depending on the audience or do you avalanche your audience with details and be done with it?

I do the latter part most of the time, especially when I'm uninterested with the topic I am discussing.

Front line or behind the scenes?

Behind the scenes, unfortunelately, behind the scenes are more interesting than in front.

Romance or Comedy?

[edit:] Film wise...

Fantasy, although it mostly depends on what I'm in the mood for.

Happy endings or sad but deep endings?

I like sad but deep endings. I guess in romances I always like happy endings, but in most other films their happy endings make me :eew:

Mainstream or arthouse?

Mainstream or arthouse? I'll go for arthouse as, I've always been someone whom sees art as being un-orthodoxical and such...

Edgar Allan Poe or H.P. Lovecraft?
