Oh. No, it's not weird like that. I'm sure you've experienced it as a child, like when you were praised and petted on the head by your parent, or a teacher for example. It can be triggered by just random nice or pleasurable things you hear or read that are directed at you. Individual triggers are different, some are sensory experiences.

If it's always male followed by female, then male again, it would always hover around 50 and never reach the end. You have to have more than one each at a time to make progress.
