I have basically that exact chair at work or a version of it. I've got that exact back and it does recline, and there's an adjustable pressure cushion behind the netting. The seat is also adjustable in terms of tilt and height. Unfortunately, my problem began a few years ago and even the fanciest of chairs can't fix my inability to maintain good posture. I'm the problem, not the chair. :wink:
