RoadRatt, I notice your Firefly reference. A few years back, my son had his photo taken with Summer Glau(aka River Tam), both being actors. She was lovely.

Yeah, my column ticks, grinds, and pops, and is getting kind of crooked. I only get relief from a good crunch, but even that's been less effective of late.
^ I quite like Summer Glau, but thought her character was kind of dopey in Firefly (the show did have it's moments), or was it the film follow-up, Serenity? She was awesome in The Sarah Connor Chronicles though.
I wish she did more shows and films. There's a term out there "the curse of Summer Glau" where anything she stars in gets canceled just as it gets good.

RB ... I only watched a couple of episodes of Firefly as I was pretty busy back then. From what I understand, she quit acting to be a Mum and is enjoying raising her children now. I didn’t know about the “Curse of Summer Glau”

Shame about your back. It’s the one thing I was told to always protect by my Irish Grandmother. Hope you manage to find some relief. That’s not good at all.
